Commission, cookies, payouts, and how you may promote WPfavs

These Affiliate Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern the WPfavs affiliate program. They add to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. By using an affiliate ID or sharing a referral link, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.

1. The program

WPfavs pays a commission when someone you refer creates an account through your link and becomes a paying premium subscriber. Your unique affiliate ID and referral URL are available on the Affiliates tab of your profile.

A typical referral link looks like https://wpfavs.com/?ref=YOUR_ID. Using that link stores a cookie on the visitor’s device for 30 days.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active WPfavs account, be at least 18 years old, and comply with these Affiliate Terms and applicable advertising and tax laws. We may refuse, pause, or close affiliate access at any time, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Commission

Unless we publish a different offer:

You earn 30% of the subscription fee paid by a referred user, up to a maximum of USD $18 per referred user
Premium plans are currently USD $6 per month or USD $60 per year
A yearly signup typically pays the $18 maximum on that purchase
A monthly signup pays 30% of each month the subscription stays active, until you reach the $18 cap for that user

Commissions are calculated on amounts actually received by WPfavs, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and failed payments. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and purchases we reasonably believe are fraudulent do not qualify.

4. Attribution

Credit is given when a visitor arrives with your ref parameter and a cookie can be stored. The cookie lasts 30 days. If several affiliates refer the same person, the most recent valid cookie generally wins. We are not responsible for blocked cookies, ad blockers, or browsers that drop attribution.

5. Payouts

You must refer at least 5 qualifying premium users before you can withdraw. We may set a minimum payout balance, request identity or tax information, and choose the payout method. Unpaid balances may be forfeited if your account is closed for a violation.

We can delay, withhold, or reverse commissions for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations during a grace period, or activity that breaks these Affiliate Terms.

6. How you may promote WPfavs

You may share your link on your site, newsletter, or social profiles if you:

Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission
Describe WPfavs accurately and do not invent features or prices
Use only WPfavs trademarks in a factual, non-misleading way
Follow FTC endorsement rules and local advertising law

7. Prohibited promotion

You may not:

Bid on “WPfavs”, “WpFavs”, or confusing brand keywords in paid ads
Use spam, malware, incentivized fake signups, or cookie stuffing
Impersonate WPfavs or register domains that mimic our brand
Place links on sites that are illegal, hateful, or adult-oriented
Refer yourself or create accounts solely to earn commission
Mislead people about price, refunds, or what the Service does

8. Relationship

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, partner, or agent of WPfavs. You may not bind WPfavs to contracts or speak on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes on commissions.

9. Stats and tracking

The Affiliates tab may show views, registrations, and estimated earnings. Those figures are informational. Our records control what is payable if there is a discrepancy.

10. Term and termination

These Affiliate Terms start when you first use an affiliate ID and continue until you or we end the relationship. We may terminate the program or your participation at any time. After termination you must stop using WPfavs affiliate materials. Commissions already approved and not subject to reversal may still be paid, subject to the 5-user minimum and our payout rules.

11. Changes

Commission rates, caps, cookie windows, and these Affiliate Terms may change. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them. Continued promotion after an update means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be noted on the site when practical.
