Bilbok Bulk Mailer for Flamingo lets you send bulk email campaigns to your existing contacts stored by the <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/flamingo/" rel="ugc">Flamingo</a> plugin (which is usually fed by <a href="https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/" rel="ugc">Contact Form 7</a>).
