<h4>How it works</h4>
<ol>
<li>Install and activate Immersa Builder and Immersa Core.</li>
<li>Open the guided setup wizard.</li>
<li>Choose a business type and starter site.</li>
<li>Select your colours, typography and layout direction.</li>
<li>Review required plugins before installation or activation.</li>
<li>Import the starter site.</li>
<li>Replace the demonstration content with your brand, images and offers.</li>
<li>Edit supported pages with Elementor or Gutenberg.</li>
<li>Optionally enable Themefreex Services for remote templates and AI tools.</li>
</ol>
<p>Use a fresh site or staging environment and back up before importing.</p>
<h4>Starter sites</h4>
<p>Bundled starter sites are designed for Immersa Builder and can be imported without enabling a remote service. Included workflows provide starting points for agencies, coaches and local businesses.</p>
<p>A starter package can include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Homepage and supporting pages</li>
<li>Navigation menus</li>
<li>Widget settings</li>
<li>Theme and global style settings</li>
<li>Gutenberg content</li>
<li>Elementor data when supplied by the package</li>
<li>Required-plugin information</li>
</ul>
<p>Additional templates may be available through the optional remote catalog.</p>
<h4>Elementor-ready templates</h4>
<p>When Elementor is active and the selected package contains Elementor data, Immersa Core can import supported Elementor pages, builder metadata, full-width page settings and compatible templates so the pages are ready for visual editing.</p>
<p>Elementor can be installed or activated from WordPress.org only after administrator approval. Gutenberg layouts are not automatically converted to Elementor.</p>
<h4>Gutenberg patterns and coming soon layouts</h4>
<p>Immersa Core registers coming soon, hero and feature patterns that remain editable as normal WordPress blocks.</p>
<p>It does not automatically replace your homepage.</p>
<h4>Optional AI content tools</h4>
<p>After an administrator enables Themefreex Services, available AI workflows can help generate:</p>
<ul>

<li>Title and introduction ideas</li>
<li>Calls to action</li>
<li>Excerpts</li>
<li>SEO-friendly slug ideas</li>
<li>FAQs</li>
<li>Short page copy</li>
</ul>
<p>No personal OpenAI API key is required. Generations use the Themefreex-managed credit balance shown in the dashboard.</p>
<p>Review AI output for accuracy, originality and suitability before publishing.</p>
<h4>Immersa Pro</h4>
<p>Immersa Pro is a separate commercial add-on. Immersa Core does not install or update Pro code.</p>
<p>Depending on the plan, Pro can add premium starter sites, higher AI limits, more activations, priority support, agency workflows and eligible white-label controls.</p>

<h4>Import safety</h4>
<p>Starter imports can create pages and apply menus, widgets and supported settings. Immersa Core uses allowlisted setting writes, but it is not a backup tool.</p>
<p>Before importing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Back up the files and database.</li>
<li>Prefer a fresh site or staging environment.</li>
<li>Activate Immersa Builder.</li>
<li>Review required plugins.</li>
<li>Keep the browser open until import completes.</li>
<li>Check pages, menus, forms, widgets and mobile layouts afterward.</li>
<li>Replace all demonstration contact details and content before launch.</li>
</ul>
<h4>External services and privacy</h4>
<p>Local templates and patterns work without Themefreex. Connected services require administrator consent.</p>
<p>When enabled, Immersa Core may send the following data to <code>https://themefreex.com</code>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Service connection: site URL, site name, admin email, generated site token, WordPress version and plugin version.</li>
<li>AI generation: prompt, generation type, optional context, post ID, tone, word count, site URL, site token, timestamp, versions and HMAC signature.</li>
<li>Credit sync: site URL and site token.</li>
<li>Remote template import: selected template slug, site URL and licence key only for Pro templates.</li>
<li>Pro validation: licence key and site URL when Immersa Pro requests a licensed feature.</li>
<li>Help tutorials: request to the Themefreex tutorial endpoint.</li>
</ul>
<p>AI prompts may be forwarded to Themefreex&#8217;s configured AI provider. Generated content and local history are stored on the WordPress site.</p>
<p>Tutorial thumbnails may load from <code>https://img.youtube.com</code>; Google or YouTube may receive the video ID, IP address, user agent and standard browser request data.</p>
