This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Use the Scheduler->VertyCal Settings screen to configure the plugin

  4. If you are using the files from jQuery UI in your theme or plugin, please be aware of a change. With 4.6 you can omit calling these files and enqueue the default datepicker which will use the built-in defaults from WordPress.

  5. Also you may include the vertycal_locale.php in the prop folder if you need custom date translations.
